Hot and sour soup
Ingredients
- Pork 50g
- Shiitake mushrooms 20g
- Tofu 100g
- Pigskin 30g
- Carrot 30g
- Eggs 1
- Red pepper One
- Water or broth 700ml
- Age vinegar 2 tablespoons
- White sugar 1 tsp
- Sesame Sesame Oil 1 tsp
- Starch 1 tablespoon
Steps
1. Soak the mushrooms and pig skin in water, shred the mushrooms, pig skin, carrots, lean meat, red pepper and tofu respectively, and cut the chives into small pieces
2. Marinate the lean meat with 1 tsp light soy sauce and 1 tsp sesame oil for 15 minutes
3. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan and fry shredded mushrooms, pork skin, carrots, red peppers and lean pork until fragrant
4. Add shredded tofu and 700 ml of water
5. Add sugar, vinegar, pepper, and water starch to thicken
6. Finally, pour the beaten egg liquid, turn off the heat immediately, sprinkle with chives, and drop in sesame oil

- The proportion of vinegar and pepper can be added according to personal taste
- Water can be replaced with stock
