Steps

2. Start the bread machine's dough function. (The dough function of my bread machine is kneading + fermentation, the total time is 1 hour and 40 minutes)

3. When kneading until it forms a ball, add butter and continue kneading for about 50 minutes until it reaches the expansion stage.

4. Then let the dough double in size.

5. Take out the dough and deflate it, divide it into six equal parts, roll it into a ball and let it rest for 15 minutes.

6. Take a piece of loose dough and roll it into an oval shape.

7. Roll it up from top to bottom and close the ends on both sides.

8. Place it in the oven for fermentation. Place a bowl of hot water at the bottom of the oven until it doubles in size.

9. After fermentation is completed, brush the bread surface with egg wash.

10. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds.

11. Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake at 170 degrees for about 13 to 15 minutes.

13. Take 2 sausages and bake them in the oven at 210 for about 7 minutes.

14. After the bread has cooled, use a serrated knife to make a cut in the middle of the bread without cutting it, and put lettuce leaves on top.
