Hot Pot Fried Noodles
Ingredients
- Fresh noodles 100g
- Sausage 1 piece
- Spinach 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 30g
- Dry pot seasoning 3 small spoons
- Salt 1/3 tsp
Steps
1. Prepare ingredients: fresh noodles, sausage, spinach; wash spinach and sausage;
2. Dice the sausage; cut the spinach into sections;
3. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, add an appropriate amount of salt, and bring the oil to a boil;
4. Put the noodles into the pot and cook until 8 minutes done;
5. Take out the noodles and soak them in cold boiled water;
6. Blanch the spinach in the noodle pot, put the spinach in and take it out immediately;
7. Before cooking the noodles, drain the water and set aside;
8. Add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the wok;
9. Add the sausage and stir-fry;
10. Add noodles;
11. Use chopsticks to stir-fry quickly and add appropriate amount of dry pot seasoning;
12. Continue to stir-fry, add spinach and stir-fry evenly;
13. Turn off the heat, remove from the pot, and serve.
