How to make your own Yanbian fried sauce
Ingredients
- Pork belly cubes 100g
- Diced potatoes 70g
- Diced onions 70g
- Diced carrots 70g
- Korean Spring Sauce 3 tablespoons
- White sugar 2 tablespoons
- Light soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- Minced garlic 25g
Steps
1. Required ingredients
2. Pour appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot
3. Add 100g diced pork belly
4. Fry until color changes
5. Add 25g minced garlic
6. Pour in 70g of diced onions
7. 70g diced potatoes, 70g diced carrots
8. 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
9. Stir-fry 3 tablespoons Korean spring sauce
10. Pour 150ml of water
11. 2 tablespoons of sugar, stir-fry
12. Boil over low heat to dry out the water
13. Fill the bowl
