- Dark soy sauce Appropriate amount
- Green pepper One
- Carrot One
- Garlic head One
- BBQ ingredients A bag
- Cumin Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Wash the lamb chops
2. Soak in water to remove blood
3. Use a toothpick to poke small holes in the lamb chops to facilitate the flavor
4. Marinate with oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, ginger, cooking wine, and pepper overnight and refrigerate
5. Lay out the green peppers, garlic, carrots and ginger
6. Wash the lamb chops, brush them with barbecue seasonings, sprinkle with rosemary, cumin, pepper, and finally pour red wine
7. After preheating the oven to 180 degrees for ten minutes, put the lamb chops into the oven, heat up and down to 210 degrees for 40 minutes, turn over, sprinkle with red wine again, and continue for 40 minutes. Out of the oven!
8. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the taste is much better than those sold outside!
Tips
- I use Red Sun brand barbecue ingredients. It’s done in one step, so you don’t need to prepare too many seasonings!
