Kimchi Pork Belly
Ingredients
- Korean kimchi 300g
- Pork belly 200g
- Enoki mushroom 150g
- White sugar 15 grams
- Table salt 4 grams
Steps
1. Prepare kimchi and pork belly
2. Place the pork belly vertically and cut it into 2 mm slices. This way, the meat will not easily separate up and down
3. Cut them all in order
4. Cut the kimchi into pieces the size of mahjong pieces
5. Wash the enoki mushrooms and cut off the first half
6. Heat oil in a hot pan and fry pork belly slices over low heat
7. Fry one side until it changes color, then flip and fry the other side until it changes color
8. After the meat slices are fried, add kimchi and stir-fry evenly
9. Add enoki mushrooms and stir well
10. Add salt and sugar, stir well and turn off the heat
