Korean fried noodles
Ingredients
- Korean black bean paste 300g
- Edible oil Appropriate amount
- Green onion 1 root
- Onions Appropriate amount
- Potatoes Appropriate amount
- Cabbage Appropriate amount
- Pork 300g
- Granulated sugar 70g
- Water 500ml
- Starch Appropriate amount
- Noodles 500g
Steps
1. Put Korean black bean paste into the oil pan, heat and fry until fragrant
2. After frying until fragrant, pour out the excess and let cool for later use
3. Chopping and processing of ingredients
4. Add shredded ginger to the oil pan and stir-fry until fragrant
5. Add pork and stir-fry until cooked
6. Add the chopped ingredients and continue to stir-fry
7. Add black bean paste and stir-fry until soft
8. Add 70-90g sugar and continue stir-frying
9. Add 500ml water and simmer
10. During the simmering process, add water starch to thicken and stir
11. Boil the noodles in boiling water. After boiling, add cold water repeatedly to make them more chewy
12. Soak the cooked noodles in cold water
13. Put in a bowl and pour in the cooked fried sauce
14. Garnish with some cucumber, mix well and serve
