Kung Pao King Oyster Mushroom
Ingredients
- Pleurotus eryngii 1 piece
- Green pepper 1 piece
- Cooked peanuts 50 grams
- Red pepper 1 piece
- Ginger A little
- Sesame oil 1 spoon
- Oyster sauce 2 spoons
- Chicken powder 1 small spoon
- Vinegar 1 spoon
- Sugar Half spoon
- Starch Half spoon
Steps
1. Prepare materials.
2. Cut the king oyster mushrooms into dices. Because they will shrink during the frying process, they can be cut to about 1.5 cm. Cut green peppers and chili peppers, mince garlic and ginger and set aside.
3. Pour vinegar, oyster sauce, chicken powder and sugar into a bowl, then add half a spoon of starch.
4. Pour in 50ML water and stir to make a sauce.
5. Put oil in the pot, add king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry until the water is slightly dry.
6. Shrink the diced king oyster mushrooms and turn golden brown, pour them out and set aside.
7. Put oil in the pot, add minced ginger, minced garlic, and red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
8. Pour in the king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry.
9. Add green peppers and stir-fry until green peppers are broken.
10. Pour in the sesame oil.
11. Pour in the sauce you just prepared, turn to medium heat and stir-fry quickly.
12. Finally add peanuts and stir-fry until evenly distributed.
Tips
- This recipe tastes spicy. Friends who can't eat spicy food can use bell peppers instead. It looks good and tastes good, but it still needs to look good.
