Lasagna
Ingredients
- Sweet Sausage 450g
- Minced Beef 340g
- Onion 1 piece 90g
- Garlic 2 capsules
- Tomato 2 pieces
- Tomato paste 312g
- Tomato Sauce 426g
- Water 120ml
- Sugar 1-2 tablespoons
- Fresh basil/dried basil 1.5 teaspoons
- fennel seeds 1.5 teaspoons
- Italian spice 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Bay leaves 3 pieces
- Crushed Italian Wan 2 tablespoons
- Lasagna sheets 12 slices
- Ricotta cheese 450g
- Egg 1
- Crushed Italian Wan 2 tablespoons
- Parmesan cheese 230g
- Buffalo cheese 230g
Steps
1. Dice the onion, mince the garlic into minced garlic, dice the tomatoes, and mince the Italian coriander
2. Divide the Italian sweet sausage into small pieces in a stew pot and cook over medium heat until half-cooked
3. Add ground beef and mix well
4. When the beef is cooked, add onions and garlic
5. When the water is completely absorbed, add tomatoes
6. Add tomato paste and tomato sauce, mix well
7. Cook for a while, add water, sugar, chopped basil, fennel seeds, Italian spices, salt, black pepper, bay leaves, stir
8. Then add 2 tablespoons of Italian coriander, mix well, cover the pot, reduce to low heat and cook for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally
9. Place lasagna sheets in boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes
10. After draining the water, drizzle a little olive oil to prevent sticking
11. Add ricotta cheese, eggs, 2 tablespoons Italian coriander, and stir evenly
12. Remove the oil from the meat sauce and remove the bay leaf
13. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and spread a little meat sauce on the baking sheet
14. Then spread six pieces of lasagna
15. Spread half of the cheese sauce and sprinkle with buffalo cheese
16. Add meat sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
17. Top with lasagna, ricotta cheese, and buffalo cheese
18. Finally, add a layer of meat sauce, sprinkle with buffalo cheese and Parmesan cheese
19. Wrap in tin foil and bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes
20. Take away the tin foil and bake for another 25 minutes
