Lettuce and bean wraps
Ingredients
- Doupi
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
- Carrot
- Peanut butter
Steps
1. Wash the tofu skin and cut it into rectangular pieces
2. Boil water in a pot and blanch for 1 minute, remove and drain
3. Wash and shred cucumbers and carrots, and tear lettuce into small pieces
4. Take a piece of tofu skin and put it on the lettuce and cole slaw
5. Mix peanut butter and water to make a paste and serve as a dip
Tips
- The sauce can be adjusted according to your own taste, including sweet noodle sauce and sesame sauce.
- If you are not afraid of trouble, you can tie the bean curd tightly with blanched leeks.
