Loofah and Meatball Soup
Pork stuffing 250g | Garlic 4 petals |
Ginger 3 tablets | Pepper Appropriate amount |
Oyster sauce 1 scoop | Cooking wine 1 scoop |
Light soy sauce 1 scoop | Salt Half spoon |
Starch 1 scoop | Luffa 1 root |
Step 1
Slice ginger and mince garlic.Step 2
Put the ginger and garlic on top of the meat filling and chop them together. (Add water while chopping, so the meatballs will be juicier and the meat filling will be more fragrant)Step 3
After mincing, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, and cooking wine and stir evenly.Step 4
Peel and cut the loofah into cubes.Step 5
Prepare a small spoon and scoop out the balls one by one.Step 6
Boil water in a pot, add meatballs and remove the floating powder.Step 7
After the meatballs are all floating, add the loofah and cook for 5 minutes.Step 8
