Loofah egg soup
Ingredients
- Luffa 1 root
- Eggs 2
- Wolfberry 1 handful
- Ginger 1 piece
Steps
1. Prepare all ingredients.
2. Wash the wolfberry.
3. Beat the eggs.
4. Cut the loofah into cubes and shred the ginger.
5. Soak in water and wash.
6. Fry the eggs and cut them into cubes.
7. Heat oil in a pot, add shredded ginger and stir-fry.
8. Add loofah and fry until it changes color.
9. Add a large bowl of water and bring to a boil.
10. Add 1 tablespoon of wolfberry.
11. 1 spoon of salt.
12.Add eggs.
13. Bring to boil again.
14. Serve it out.
15. Super delicious.
