Mango ice cream (without ice residue)
Ingredients
- Big Mango 1
- Milk 50g
- Fine sugar 30g
- Light cream 65g
Steps
1. Just one big mango
2. Peel and core
3. Mango + milk pureed
4. Whipped cream and powdered sugar
5. Beat until the pattern is clear
6. Pour in mango puree
7. Mix well at low speed
8. Mold cleaning
9. Pour into the mold until it is 9 minutes full
10. Cover and freeze for more than 3 hours
11. The beautiful mango ice cream is ready
