Step 1
A group photo of the ingredients used. In fact, this dessert itself uses gelatine powder/sheets. I just didn’t have any at home. I only had jelly, so I used jelly instead. In fact, jelly is better and can relieve the heat in summer.Step 2
Cut the mango into small pieces and set aside. Pour all the jelly packets into a large bowl. Dissolve in cold water. Be careful not to form lumps. Bring a separate pot of water to boil.Step 3
After the water boils, pour in the melted jelly. Be sure to stir at this time and bring to a boil over medium heat.Step 4
After the water and jelly are boiled together, add the milk, stir, and wait until the water boils.Step 5
After it opens, pour it into a shallow plate, add mango cubes, and spread evenly with a spoon. The shallow plate will solidify faster. Just wait for about 5 minutes. The jelly solidifies quickly, so after pouring it into the plate, be sure to add the mango cubes quickly, otherwise the milk jelly will solidify and the surface will not be so smooth. You can choose to put it in the refrigerator, but Don't freeze it for too long, otherwise it will freeze. It can also be solidified quickly at room temperature.Step 6
Unmoulding the jelly is very simple. Use a spoon to press around the edges, shake it gently, and it will come out of the mold. Pour it out and cut it into small pieces, and it's ready to go.Step 7
The finished product is quite beautiful, a cheap and delicious dessertStep 8
