Mushroom braised pork rice
Shiitake mushrooms 250g | Pork belly 150g |
Onion Half | Old ginger 1 block |
Cinnamon 1 block | Homemade plant seasoning 5 grams |
Old soy sauce 1 scoop | Light soy sauce 2 scoops |
Oyster sauce 1 scoop | Black pepper 3 grams |
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. If you like to eat more meat, you can eat more. I prefer vegetarian food, so I have a lot of mushrooms.Step 2
Sauté diced onions until lightly brownedStep 3
Add in diced pork belly, cinnamon bark, and minced ginger and continue frying until oily.Step 4
Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, black peppercorns, and homemade plant seasoning powder for color and flavor.Step 5
Add the diced mushrooms and continue to stir-fry until the diced mushrooms are slightly dry and fragrant.Step 6
Add water and simmer for 40 minutes.Step 7
