Noodles with Tomato Meat Sauce
Ingredients
- Golden Arowana Premium + Aomai Fresh Egg Noodles 150g
- Tomato 1
- Pork 35g
- Onion 25g
- Light soy sauce 1 small spoon
- Cooking wine 1 small spoon
- Apple cider vinegar 1 tsp
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Corn oil Appropriate amount
- Hot boiling water 1 small bowl
Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients;
2. Wash and chop the pork into minced meat, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, apple cider vinegar, and a little salt and marinate for more than half an hour;
3. Wash the tomatoes and onions and dice them for later use;
4. After heating the pan, pour an appropriate amount of corn oil, then add the onions and stir-fry until fragrant;
5. Pour in the marinated minced meat and stir-fry until it changes color;
6. Add in diced tomatoes and stir-fry until juice comes out;
7. Pour into a bowl of hot water, bring to a boil and then simmer over low heat;
8. Boil until thick and the juice is reduced, add appropriate amount of salt to taste, turn off the heat and set aside;
9. In another pot, add an appropriate amount of water and salt to cook the noodles, adding cold water 3 times during the process, so that the cooked noodles will be stronger;
10. Take out the noodles and put them in cold water;
11. Take it out and put it on a plate, add a few drops of corn oil, sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt, and pour the cooked meat sauce;
12. The finished product is fresh and refreshing, and you can eat the meat pieces. It is much more cost-effective than those sold outside.
Tips
- 1. This Golden Arowana + Australian Fresh Egg Noodles is very chewy in itself, so you don’t need to add cold water many times when cooking the noodles;
- 2. Australian wheat noodles take a little longer to cook than ordinary noodles. The recommended time is 6-7 minutes. If you like to eat softer noodles, you can Increase the cooking time appropriately according to personal taste;

- 4. If you like a more delicate taste, you can peel the tomatoes first and then dice them.
