Norwegian Pancakes Pannekake
Ingredients
- Eggs Two
- Flour 125g
- Milk 250ml
- Salt A pinch
- Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
Steps
1. 1. Prepare materials: 2 eggs, 250ml milk, 125g flour, 1 tablespoon butter or salad oil, 1 pinch of salt. Note: Do not add sugar to this cake. It is not a dessert, just like our egg cakes are also sugar-free.
2. 2. Make batter: Pour 2 eggs, 250ml milk, 125g flour, 1 tablespoon oil and a pinch of salt into a basin.
3. 3. Use the mixer at low speed to beat until there are no particles. Please do not beat too much, and then let it sit for half an hour or more to allow the ingredients to be fully integrated.
4. 4. Heat the non-stick pan and brush it with a thin layer of oil.
5. 5. Pour a ladle of batter into the pot and shake it to cover the entire pot; turn it over when the sides become raised.
6. 6. Fry the other side until brown, and one pancake is ready.
7. 7. Fry them all in order, stack them on a plate, and cover them with a piece of cloth to prevent them from drying out.
8. Let’s talk about how Norwegians eat: The most common and traditional is blueberry jam. Note that this is blueberry jam and not other jams. Norwegians are very stubborn and will not accept anything else.
9. Roll it up and eat it with a knife and fork.
10. Or use fresh blueberries directly and sprinkle with some sugar.
11. Sprinkle only sugar
12. Slice the banana and roll it in it.
13. Very delicious!
