Oatmeal Nut Energy Bar
Ingredients
- Oats 90g
- Banana 1 root
- Eggs 1
- Daily Nuts 50g
- Milk powder 25g
Steps
1. Prepare ingredients. Oats are instant oatmeal.
2. Peel and slice the banana, put it in a container and use a rolling pin to pour it into mashed banana.
3. Add an egg (whole egg) to the mashed banana.
4. Add instant oats and milk powder and stir evenly.
5. Add daily nuts.
6. Wear disposable kitchen gloves to grasp and mix all ingredients evenly.
7. Put in a non-stick pan without adding oil.
8. Cut into appropriate size and shape, bake over medium-low heat, flip over when one side is slightly burnt.
9. Fry the other side and cover it all the way until the inside is cooked.
10. After taking it out of the pot, let it cool and cut into strips.
11. Wrap in oil paper and place on plate.
