Office worker’s favorite Kuaishou black pepper pasta
Ingredients
- Italian spaghetti 120g
- Bacon 2 slices
- Black pepper beef cubes 15 capsules
- Green bell pepper 40g
- Red bell pepper 40g
- Onions 70g
- Black pepper sauce 50g
- Olive oil 1 tsp
- Corn oil A little
- Salt A little
- Cracked black pepper A little
Steps
1. Main ingredients
2. Cut green and red peppers and onions into shreds respectively Cut bacon into small slices Beef cubes thawed Prepare black pepper sauce
3. Cook noodles: put an appropriate amount in the potwater, after the water boils, add a little salt, then add the pasta. After the water boils, turn the heat to the point where the water boils without overflowing, cook for about 6 to 10 minutes, take it out and put it in cold water, add 1 tsp of olives Mix the oil and set aside. I cooked it for 6 minutes and took it out when there was still a little white core. I like the pasta to be a little firmer. When cooking noodles, please refer to the cooking time instructions on the pasta package. Also, be sure to cook for 1 minute less than the instructions because it still needs to be stir-fried.
4. These are the prepared ingredients, and you can start frying them in the next step.
5. Put an appropriate amount of corn oil in the pot. After the oil is warm, fry the onions first. When the onions are fragrant, add shredded green and red peppers, stir-fry twice, and set aside.
6. Leave a little base oil in the pot, stir-fry over low heatroot.
7. When the bacon turns white and becomes a little curled on the edges, add the beef cubes and stir-fry twice.
8. Add the fried green and red pepper shreds and onion shreds
9. Pour in the prepared black pepper sauce
10. Stir fry evenly
11. Pour in the cooked pasta, then add 50g of water, stir-fry over medium heat until the juice is reduced.
12. Take out of the pot and serve on a plate, sprinkle with a little black pepper.

15. Warm reminder: If you use the small pot in the picture when cooking noodles, please put it vertically into the boiling water when cooking pasta.
16. Then the pasta will naturally spread out, become soft, and be completely immersed in water. Please stir it with chopsticks after immersing in the water to prevent the pasta from sticking.
17. Warm reminder: If you are using a large pot like the one in the picture, just put the pasta in and cook it directly after the water boils.
18. Warm reminder: Beef cubes can be purchased at bakeries.
Tips
- 1. Please adjust the amount of black pepper to your preference
- 2. The cooking time depends on how soft or hard you like the pasta
