Osmanthus honey
Ingredients
- Fresh Osmanthus 150g
- Honey 50g
- Salt A little
Steps
1. Prepare fresh osmanthus
2. Pick out the debris and stems from the osmanthus
3. Wash in water more than three times
4. Add a little salt to the washed osmanthus and marinate it for 10 minutes to bring out the bitter taste in the osmanthus
5. After marinating, wash it twice more and squeeze out the water in the osmanthus
6. Spread evenly on the gauze
7. Pour cold water into the pot to steam, then boil the water and steam for 10 minutes.
8. Turn off the heat and leave the lid on for two minutes. Steamed osmanthus
9. Take it out and let it cool
10. Prepare a glass jar and clean it
11. Disinfect in boiling water for 5 minutes. This is the water I used after steaming the osmanthus.
12. Wipe off the water after taking it out to keep the inside of the bottle dry
13. Add osmanthus
14. Just a small bottle
15. Add honey and stir evenly with chopsticks while adding it
16. After the operation is completed, wipe off the sugar and osmanthus on the mouth of the bottle
17. Tighten the cap and put it in the refrigerator fresh cabinet
18. Take it out after 7 days and the osmanthus honey will be ready.

- Fresh osmanthus and fine honey are both indispensable.
