Oyster tofu soup
Ingredients
- Oyster 100g
- Silky tofu Half box
- Onion A little
- MSG A little
- Salt A little
- Celery A little
- Cooking oil Half spoon
- Clear water Appropriate amount
Steps
1. This is the oyster tofu soup that is about to be cooked. The detailed steps are broken down below:
2. Half a box of soft tofu, cut into pieces, I like to use soft tofu, it will not get old no matter how you cook it;
3. Purchase fresh oysters for later use;
4. Rinse clean;
5. Wash the celery and set aside;
6. Add half a spoon of oil to the pot and add onion and ginger;
7. Saute onion and ginger until fragrant, add appropriate amount of water;
8. Pour in the soft tofu, there is no need to wait for the water to boil, because the soft tofu will not be overcooked, and the longer you cook it, the better the soup will be;
9. Bring to a boil over high heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes;
10. Add oysters;
11. Continue to cook on high heat for 3 minutes, but do not cook for too long, otherwise the oysters will become very small;
12. Add salt;
13. Add MSG;

Tips
- You can buy soft tofu for soup, which is very smooth and tender and will not get old no matter how you cook it;
- Do not cook oysters for too long to avoid the meat becoming hard.
