Pan-fried oysters
Ingredients
- Little Oyster
- Egg
- Chives
- Sweet potato powder
- Fish Sauce A small spoon
- Pepper
Steps
1. Wash the little oysters with a little cornstarch to control the water and set aside
2. Put the washed oysters into a basin, beat in the eggs, add chopped green onions, fish sauce, pepper, and sweet potato powder and mix well
3. Turn on the heat and add the cold oil into the oyster egg mixture
4. Slowly fry over medium-low heat, fry one side, then carefully turn over and continue frying
5. Fry until both sides are golden brown and then serve
