Pan-fried tofu
Ingredients
- Tofu One piece
- Ginger Appropriate amount
- Garlic Appropriate amount
- Light soy sauce Appropriate amount
- Onion Two stalks
- Chili pepper 1 piece
Steps
1. When buying tofu, it is best to choose old-fashioned tofu because it is fried. Otherwise, it will easily break when turned over.
2. Wash the tofu and cut into pieces. Best to cutthicker.
3. Cut the ginger and garlic into minced pieces.
4. Cut the green onions into small pieces.
5. Pour in the oil and heat it until it is 70% hot. The amount of oil depends on the amount of tofu.
6. After the oil is hot, put the tofu in piece by piece.
7. Sprinkle salt evenly on the surface of the tofu.
8. Turn on medium-high heat and fry.
9. Fry until both sides are golden brown, flip over and fry the other side until golden brown.
10. Pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce and minced garlic. Add another spoonful of starch to make a sauce.
11. Pour the prepared sauce into it. Collect juice
12. Place on a plate and sprinkle green onions on top. If you like chilli, add some chilli.
Tips
- 1. When cutting tofu, be sure to cut it thickly so that it will not break easily.
- 2. When frying tofu, be sure to fry it until both sides are golden and then turn over, otherwise it will easily stick to the pan.
