Pasta with Tomato Bolognese Sauce
Ingredients

- Pork 60g
- Tomato (small) 2 pcs
- Ketchup 60g
- Butter 30g
- Onions 1/4

Steps
1. Prepare the required ingredients
2. Wash the tomatoes and make a cross on the surface
3. Boil water in a pot, put the tomatoes with the cross-shaped part facing down into the water and blanch them for about 30 seconds
4. Take it out and let it cool slightly, peel off the skin and chop it into pieces
5. Chop the pork into minced meat
6. Chop onions and garlic into fine pieces
7. Melt the butter in a pot over low heat
8. Fry onions and minced garlic until fragrant
9. Add minced meat and stir-fry until white and tender.
10. Add the chopped tomatoes and stir-fry evenly
11. Then pour in the tomato sauce, add a small bowl of water and bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes
12. Add black pepper and salt and stir-fry evenly
13. When the sauce thickens, add chopped basil and turn off the heat
14. Boil water in a pot, add a teaspoon of salt and olive oil, put the pasta in a radial shape and cook for about 10 minutes
15. Take out the cooked pasta, drain the water, put it on a plate, top it with tomato meat sauce and enjoy!

Tips
- The butter can be changed to olive oil, and the pork can be replaced with beef, which also tastes good
