Pickled pepper pork liver
Ingredients
- Pork liver 300g
- Pickled pepper Appropriate amount
- White sugar 1 small spoon
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Soy sauce 1 spoon
- Edible oil 1 spoon
Steps
1. Pickle peppers and set aside
2. Fresh pork liver
3. Wash and slice
4. Soak in clean water and soak out the blood
