Pineapple and Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients
- Pineapple One
- Egg One
- Carrot Half
- Lettuce Half root
- Red pepper 1 piece
- Ham sausage 50g
- Rice 1 bowl
- Edible oil Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Prepare the materials needed to make fried rice
2. Cut the pineapple into 2 pieces according to the ratio of 3:1
3. Make small grids in the pineapple without scratching the bottom
4. Use a small spoon to scoop out the pineapple flesh
5. Soak the pineapple meat in salt water to remove the astringency
6. Dice carrots, lettuce, red pepper, and ham sausage
7. Cut pineapple into cubes
8. Beat the eggs and set aside
9. Use a non-stick pan to fry the eggs until they are 90% cooked
10. Cut the egg pancakes into small pieces, scoop them out and set aside
11. Add a small amount of oil to the pot and stir-fry the diced vegetables and ham
12. Add egg cubes to the pot and stir-fry evenly
14. Continue to stir-fry evenly
15. Add diced pineapple. Do not fry the pineapple for too long as it will become watery
16. Mix all ingredients evenly and turn off the heat
17. Put the pineapple and egg fried rice into the hollowed-out pineapple bowl and eat
Tips
- 1. Do not break the pineapple shell when digging into the pineapple meat
- 2. Don’t fry the fried rice with pineapple meat for too long, otherwise the water will not taste so good
- 3. The unused pineapple meat can be made into pineapple juice, a very delicious drink
