Pork belly and chicken soup
Ingredients
- Pork belly 1 piece
- Chicken Half one
- Pepper Appropriate amount
- Red dates, wolfberry, lotus seeds, lily, Codonopsis pilosula A little
- Chopped green onion A little
- Ginger slices Appropriate amount
- Cooking wine Appropriate amount
- Minced garlic A little
- Chili A little
- Green Orange 2 pieces
Steps
1. Prepare a pork belly and wash it three or four times with cornstarch and salt
2. The inside of the pork belly should also be washed
3. Remove the yellow skin from the pork belly
4. Remove the fat on the surface of the pork belly and keep it for later use
5. Pour cold water into the pot, put the chicken in, add ginger slices and cooking wine and bring to a boil
6. After the chicken is boiled, take it out and set aside
7. Then pour cold water into the pot, add pork belly, cooking wine and ginger slices to cook
8. After boiling the pork belly, cook for another 3 minutes
9. Then take out the pork belly and cut it into long strips
10. Cut and keep for later use
11. Reheat the prepared pepper
12. Then hammer it into pieces (this will make the pepper more flavorful)
13. Prepare some more ingredients: red dates, wolfberry, lotus seeds, lily, dangshen
14. Pour the pork belly, chicken, ingredients and pepper beans into the pot
15. Add water and bring to boil
16. Peel the red dates, soak the wolfberries, and set aside
17. Remove excess foam after boiling
18. Then prepare the dipping sauce: minced garlic, chili pepper, ginger slices, chopped green onion ➕green orange juice
19. Bring to a boil and then simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes
20. Then add red dates, wolfberry, and a little salt
21. A bowl of delicious pork belly and chicken soup is ready to drink~
Tips
- 1⃣️Both pork belly and chicken need to be boiled
- 2⃣️It will taste great if you add green orange juice to the dipping sauce
