Pork Belly Stewed with Vermicelli and Cabbage
Baby cabbage 1 piece | Pork belly 300g |
Onion and ginger slices Appropriate amount | Vermicelli 1 handful |

Cut the pork belly into medium-thick slices.Step 2
Wash the baby cabbage and cut into pieces.Step 3
After the vermicelli is soaked until soft, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and cover with cold water. It can also be soaked and stewed with cabbage.Step 4

Add water to cover the cabbage and simmer for about 8 minutes until the baby cabbage is soft and tender. If you like a crispy texture, you can shorten the time.Step 11
Finally, add the vermicelli and simmer for 2 minutes until the flavor is absorbed (the vermicelli has been cooked in advance). If it is raw vermicelli, add it when the cabbage is stewed. There needs to be more water so the vermicelli can absorb water.Step 12
