Pork Ribs and Stewed Radish
Ingredients
- Pork Ribs 500g
- White radish 1 root
- Carrot 1 root
- Cilantro 5 grams
- Ginger 5 grams
- Zanthoxylum bungeanum 3 grams
- Star anise 3 grams
- Salt 1 spoon
- Cooking wine 0.5 spoon
- Sugar 0.5 spoon
- MSG 0.2 spoon
Steps
