Prepare the ingredients, this cornstarch is corn starch.Step 2
Cut the pumpkin into cubes, steam it, and press it into puree with a spoon.Step 3
Add sugar, milk, starch while hot and stir evenly.Step 4
Pour it into the pot and cook over low heat. Cook until it bubbles and starts to stir, about five minutes. Stir until it is as shown in the picture, and it can be scooped up with a spatula and slowly dropped.Step 5
Apply a little oil to the bowl, just a little bit, to facilitate unmolding later, and pour in the pumpkin paste, let it cool completely, invert it onto a plate and unmold it, because it will fall down immediately because it is greased.Step 6
