Purple sweet potato and white fungus porridge

Steps
1. Ingredients preparation
2. Do not scrape the skin of the purple sweet potato, just brush it clean
3. Place in the steamer and steam for 20 minutes
4. The steamed purple sweet potato will explode automatically
5. Wash the rice
6. Put water in the pot
7. Boil water
8. Put in rice
9. Cook until the rice is cooked
10. Cut off the stem of Tremella fungus
11. Rinse every crevice of the white fungus

Tips
- When cooking porridge, the water must be boiled before adding the rice. Cooking in cold water will easily stick to the pan.
