Purple Sweet Potato Egg Roll
Ingredients
- Flour A little
- Purple Sweet Potato Three small ones
- Eggs 2 pieces
- White sugar A little
- Milk Half pack
- Refined salt A little
Steps
1. Steam the purple sweet potato slices and add sugar
2. Add a little milk and crush into puree and set aside
3. Crack two eggs into a bowl and add milk and flour
4. Mix into batter
5. Add a little bit of oil to the pan but not too much. Pour the batter from the middle part and then turn the pan clockwise to make the batter even.
6. Baked cookies
7. Spread the purple potato puree evenly on the chopping board
8. Roll up from one end
9. Cut into small pieces
