Quick 10-minute ice cream sandwich cookies
Ingredients
- Any flavor biscuits 1 wear
- Any flavor of ice cream 1 box
- Chocolate 40g
- Milk 30ml
- Any nuts 15g

- Milk ice cream + a scoop of honey beans
Steps
1. Prepare materials I used R&F and Kraft biscuits, which are available in ordinary supermarkets. (You can use whatever else you have on hand) I have two kinds of ice cream, orange and original, in the refrigerator. The chocolate is also ordinary milk chocolate. For nuts, I used peanuts
2. Break the chocolate into pieces and put it into the milk pot
3. Add milk and stir with chopsticks while heating over low heat
4. Melt into chocolate sauce and set aside
5. Mash the peanuts
6. Serve out and set aside
7. Scoop a small scoop of ice cream and place it on the cookie
8. Milk and honey bean filling: scoop a spoonful of milk ice cream and place it on the cookie
9. Add another spoonful of honey beans
10. Place a cookie
11. Press lightly
12. Dip it into the chocolate sauce
14. If you can’t finish it, just put it in the refrigerator

- I think you can also try it with Quduoduo chocolate ice cream, it will definitely be delicious
- I have tried it myself and I feel that the flavor is better after freezing for half an hour, and the biscuits will not become hard after freezing for the next day
