Red Date Glutinous Rice Cake
Glutinous rice flour 500g | Fine sugar 120g |
Eggs 4 | Pure milk 400g |
Dried red dates Appropriate amount | Baking powder 3g |

Put the other ingredients except the red dates together, and stir evenly with the egg beaters.Step 3

Spread half of the batter first, then sprinkle with diced red dates, raisins, or dried cranberries.Step 6
Put it in the oven at 140 degrees and bake for 5 minutes, mainly to allow the red dates to set in the middle of the batter.Step 7
After 5 minutes, take it out, pour the remaining batter in, tap it a few times to pop out any bubbles, and bake in a preheated oven to 140 degrees for another 30 minutes.Step 8
