Ingredients
- Green Melon 2 roots
- Dried chili 1 piece
- Zanthoxylum bungeanum A handful
- Garlic chili sauce 2 small spoons

Steps
1. Prepare all ingredients.
2. Rinse the cucumbers, soak them in salt water for 10 minutes, and then rinse them thoroughly.
3. Remove the head and tail of a cucumber and cut it into four sections.
4. Use the side of the knife to crack the cucumber.
5. Cut it in the middle.
6. Chop the dried chilies.
7. Put the patted cucumber into a large basin and pour in all the ingredients except peppercorns and sesame oil.

9. Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a small pot.

- 1. The oil temperature for frying Sichuan peppercorns should not be too high and the time should not be too long, otherwise the taste will be bitter. 2. If you like a stronger taste, you can increase the amount of chili pepper and chili sauce.
