Step 1
Spread plastic wrap on the bamboo curtain.Step 2
Place rice on plastic wrap.Step 3
Spread seaweed on top of rice.Step 4
For the fillings, I used egg pancakes from the fish ball and fungus stall, yellow radish, and meat floss.Step 5
When rolling it with plastic wrap, be careful to slowly open the plastic wrap while rolling so as not to roll it into the sushi.Step 6
After the sushi is rolled, spread the meat floss evenly on the plastic wrap.Step 7
Place the rolled sushi on top of the meat floss and wrap it tightly with plastic wrap again.Step 8
Cut it with the plastic wrap on, then remove the plastic wrap.Step 9
