Sauce Beef
Ingredients
- Beef Tendon 1650g
- Green onions 40 grams
- Ginger 10g
- Dry red pepper Half
- Star anise A little
- Fragrant leaves A little
- Lilac 1
- Peppercorns A few
- Salt 10g
- Cinnamon powder A little
- Light soy sauce 2 small spoons
- Cooking wine 2 small spoons
- Dark soy sauce 2 small spoons
Steps
1. Wash the beef tendon.
2. Blanch in a pot under cold water to remove the blood foam.
3. Remove, wash and drain the water.
4. Prepare seasonings.
5. Put the beef and seasonings into the pot together, and add water to cover the meat.
6. Add cinnamon powder.
7. Pour in light soy sauce.
8. Pour in the cooking wine.
9. Bring to a boil, then turn to medium heat and simmer for 2 hours.
10. When the beef is cooked and the soup remains 1/3 of its original volume, add salt to taste and pour in dark soy sauce.
11. Collect the thick soup.
12. Plate and serve.
Tips
- If you want to save time, you can also use a pressure cooker for 30 minutes.
