Sautéed Squid Rings
Ingredients
- Squid 2
- Onion Half
- Carrot A little
- Green pepper 1 piece
- Ginger 5 slices
- Onions 2 pcs
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Doubanjiang 1 spoon
- Soy sauce 1 spoon
- Oyster sauce 1 spoon
- Cooking wine 2 spoons
- Salt A little
- White sugar A little
Steps
1. Clean and cut the squid into rings
2. Slice ginger and mince onion and garlic
3. Cut onions, carrots, and green peppers into small pieces
4. Heat oil in a pot and saute ginger slices
5. Add squid
6. Fry quickly over high heat until color changes and take out
7. Clean the pot, heat the oil again, and sauté the minced garlic
8. Add carrots, onions and green peppers and stir-fry
9. Fry until raw and add squid
10. Add bean paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cooking wine
11. Stir-fry over high heat until evenly
12. Finally, add a little salt and sugar to enhance the flavor, and sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving
