Seafood Mushroom and Tofu Soup
Ingredients
- Seafood Mushroom 250g
- Silky tofu 1 piece
- Tomatoes 1
- Edible oil Appropriate amount
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Chopped green onion A little
Steps
1. Cut off the roots of seafood mushrooms, wash them clean, and cut them into segments.
2. Rinse the soft tofu and cut into small pieces.
3. Wash the tomatoes, peel them and cut them into small pieces.
4. Heat an appropriate amount of cooking oil in a wok, add seafood mushrooms and stir-fry until soft.
5. Add tomatoes and stir-fry until juice comes out.
6. Add purified water and bring to boil.
7. Add salt to taste.
8. Add soft tofu.
9. After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
10. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
11. Light and delicious.
