Add a spoonful of sesame oil, half a spoonful of white vinegar, salt, sugar and sesame seeds to a large bowl of rice and mix well (the rice cannot be hot, warm is best). I made these for exactly the amount of two seaweed skins. You can feel free to do as you like.Step 2

Take a bamboo curtain and lay it on a sheet of seaweed. Spread the rice evenly on the seaweed. Spread the edges as evenly as possible and apply fresh spicy sauce (according to personal taste, you can not apply it, or you can chop the spicy beef tendons and apply it. on top)Step 4

Take one end of the bamboo curtain and roll it into seaweed. Did you see where my hands are clasping it? I pressed it hard with both hands and the seaweed edge and the rice were stuck together.Step 6
Continue to roll, hold it with one hand and roll it forward, and pull out the bamboo curtain with the other hand like my right hand. (Don't roll the bamboo curtain in the rice.) It is rolled up. Be sure to roll it firmly, otherwise it will not fall apart.Step 7
Roll it up and wrap it with a bamboo curtain. Use both hands to hold it tightly. If it is not rolled tightly, it will fall apart.Step 8
Okay, use a knife to cut into two centimeter thick sections. Do not cut directly with pressure. Cut quickly like a saw. If you are afraid of the knife sticking, you can put some oil on the knife.Step 9
