Sesame peach cake
Ingredients
- Low gluten flour 750g
- Soft white sugar 240g
- Corn oil 260g
- Soda ash 4 grams
- Baking powder 2 grams
- Eggs 2
- Black sesame seeds 50 grams
Steps
1. Weigh the required materials and prepare them for later use. (The sesame seeds should be fried over low heat in advance to make them more fragrant)
2. Pour eggsPour into a large bowl and sprinkle with chopsticks, then pour in the soft white sugar. (White sugar melts easily. If it is white sugar, use a food processor to grind it into powder)
3. Pour in corn oil.
4. After stirring evenly, add soda ash and baking powder.
5. Stir evenly again and sift in low-gluten flour.
6. Use chopsticks to stir into flocculation.
7. Press and knead into a smooth dough. (The dough will be a little loose, and it will easily form into a ball after being pressed a few times)
8. Divide the dough evenly into small portions of 30 grams each, and form into smooth balls in the palm of your hand.
9. Use a scraper to press into a cake embryo with a thickness of about one centimeter.
10. There will be natural cracks opening around. (To avoid uneven pressure with your palm, use a scraper, which is very convenient)
11. Use a scraper to move the cake base into the baking pan, leaving a gap in between. It will expand a bit when baking.
12. Brush the surface evenly with egg wash (outside the amount).
13. Dip one end of the rolling pin with a little water and black sesame seeds.
14. Press in the middle of the cake base. Do it in sequence. (This amount can make three large baking pans, a total of 46 peach cakes)
15. Hot air stove oven, preheat in advance: 170 degrees, bake for 25 minutes.
16. The peach cake is out of the oven and the color is very even.
17. The color is so beautiful!
18. It will be very crispy after cooling.
19. Take a bite and it will fall off~~~
