Shepherd's Pie
Ingredients
- Mutton minced meat
- celery
- Carrot
- Rosemary
- Red wine
- Pea
- Worcestershire sauce
- Tomato paste
- Flour
- Garlic
- Potato
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Milk
- Butter
Steps

2. Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces for later use
3. Chop the rosemary leaves and dice the celery, carrots and shallots
4. Put the potato pieces in cold water, add salt and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes
5. Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add mutton and stir-fry until it changes color and serve out
6. Pour in oil, add shallots, stir-fry until translucent, add rosemary, celery and diced carrots, stir-fry, then add flour
7. Sprinkle salt and stir-fry, add minced meat, black pepper, tomato paste, red wine, Worcester sauce and water, cover and simmer over low heat
8. Drain the potatoes
9. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, pour the potatoes into a bowl, add butter, black pepper, salt, and milk, mash it into a puree, then add shredded cheese and mash it into a puree
10. Add the peas to the meat sauce, mix well, and spread it into two baking pans
11. Distribute the mashed potatoes on top of the meat sauce, smooth it out with a spatula, make patterns with a fork, and sprinkle with shredded cheese
12. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes and let cool
