Shredded lettuce
Ingredients
- Lettuce Two stalks
- Xiaomi 20g
- White vinegar 15ml
- Sesame Oil 30ml
Steps
1. Soak the dried shrimps in warm water for half an hour in advance until soft, then drain and set aside
2. Peel the lettuce, use a grater to grate the lettuce shreds and set aside
3. Add salt, sugar and sesame oil
4. Add a little rice vinegar and stir evenly(Vinegar can improve the crispiness of lettuce, but not too much, as it will turn sour)
5. Pour a little sesame oil into the hot pot, turn to low heat and add the drained shrimp
6. 6 Saute until fragrant and spread on the shredded lettuce
