Shrimp and Vegetable Pancakes
Ingredients
- Small shrimp 500g
- Eggs 3
- Chives 150g
- Salt 6 grams
- Cooking oil 2 tablespoons
- Flour 30g
- Pepper 0.5g
Steps
1. Clean the small shrimps, blanch them in boiling water and control the moisture.
2. Wash and chop the leeks.
3. Drain the small shrimps and mix with chopped leeks.
4. Beat in eggs.
5. Add flour and mix well.
6. Add salt to taste.
7. Add pepper to remove fishy smell and increase fragrance.
8. Stir evenly again.
