Soft and delicious cute bunny steamed buns (one-time fermentation)
Ingredients
- Low powder 200g
- Fine sugar 15g
- Yeast 3g
- Pure milk 100g
- Olive oil 5g
- Red beans A few
Steps
1. First we prepare all the materials!
2. Put all the ingredients except the red beans into the bread machine. Since there is no salt, there is no need to worry about the yeast failing!
3. Select the dumpling wrapper function of the bread machine and knead the dough for 15 minutes! If your bread machine does not have a dumpling wrapper function, then select the kneading function, which also takes 15 minutes!
4. Wash the red beans and set aside!
5. After kneading the dough, divide it evenly into eight portions!
6. Cover with a damp cloth and relax for 10 minutes!
7. Relax!
8. Take a portion of the dough and roll it into a long strip. In order to facilitate the later adhesion, you can dip your hands in a little water when kneading!
9. Then roll it up and shape it into the shape of a rabbit as shown in the picture!
10. Use a toothpick to press a line on the ear. You can press it a little deeper to avoid being invisible after fermentation!
11. As shown in the picture, put the red beans!
12. As shown in the picture, use scissors to cut out the rabbit's mouth and feet!
13. Haha~ The sizes are a bit different, because the weather is too hot now, and after the plastic surgery at the back is completed, the front ones are already a little hairy!
14. Place in the steam oven, select the constant temperature fermentation function, 20 minutes! If you don’t have a steaming oven, you can use an oven to ferment. Now that the weather is hot, fermentation at room temperature is also possible, but it will be a little slower. Just ferment it to 1.5 times the size!
15. After fermentation is completed, fill the water tank with water and select the original steam function for 10 minutes! If you are using a steamer, steam it over high heat for 15 minutes. Do not open the lid immediately after steaming. Let it simmer for 5 minutes before taking it out of the pot!
16. Steamed! Since my baking pan is a bit small, they are all squeezed together, so if babies use other methods to ferment and steam, please be sure to pay attention to the spacing!
17. Let’s take a closer look, isn’t it so cute?
18. Follow Yaya’s routine! I still have to pose beautifully for the photo
