Southern suckling pig knuckle
Ingredients
- Pig's trotters 1 piece
- Nanru 2 pieces
- Soy sauce 10g
- Dark soy sauce 5 grams
- Ginger slices 4 pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Cooking wine 15g
- Clear water 1 bowl
Steps
1. All materials
2. Wash the pig's hands with running water
3. Boil water in a pot, add pork knuckles, pour in cooking wine to remove the smell, boil until the color changes, then scoop it out
4. Use running water to rinse the floating foam from the pig's hands after splashing the water
5. Drain and set aside
6. Heat the oil in the pot
7. Add ginger slices and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant
8. Pour in the pork knuckles
9. Add southern milk juice and stir-fry evenly
10. Pour into the prepared pressure cooker
11. Continue to add peanuts and soy sauce
12. Add dark soy sauce and stir evenly again
13. Close the lid of the pressure cooker and pressurize it 20 minutes, turn off the heat and wait for a few minutes before turning it on

- No need to add salt, the saltiness of southern milk and soy sauce is enough!
