Spicy and fragrant cumin baby potatoes
Ingredients
- Small potatoes 600g
- Chili powder 1 spoon
- Pepper powder 0.5 spoon
- Cumin powder 1 spoon
- Salt 1 spoon
- Chives 1 root
- Cilantro 1 item
Steps
1. Wash and puree the small potatoes
2. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and cook the potatoes until soft
3. Just use chopsticks to penetrate easily
4. Peel off the skin after cooling
5. Use a knife to flatten it (don’t be too forceful)
6. Chop green onion and coriander (I use garlic for other things)
7. Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot
8. Add potatoes and fry slowly over medium-low heat
