Spicy Bean Shoots
Ingredients
- Bean shoots 4 roots
- Oil Appropriate amount
- Salt 1g
- Chives 2 roots
- Ginger 3g
- Black bean spicy sauce 10g
- small red pepper 1 piece
- Light soy sauce 3g
- 老草 1g

Steps
1. Prepare the required ingredients
2. Soak the bean sprouts in cold water overnight (about 10 hours)
3. Soak the bean sprouts until they become soft inside and outside
4. Cut the soaked bean sprouts into oblique sections
5. Mince the onion, ginger and garlic, and cut the red pepper into small pieces
6. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, heat the oil over medium-low heat, then add the onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant
7. Pour in spicy black bean sauce and stir-fry for a while
