Spicy Dried Tofu
Ingredients
- Dried Tofu 1 pound
- Chili noodles 30-40g
- Sichuan pepper powder, pepper Appropriate amount
- Salt, MSG Appropriate amount
- Light soy sauce 20g
- White sugar 20g (depend on your taste)
- White sesame 40-60g
- Spice Appropriate amount
- Oil 200-300g
Steps
1. Wash the dried beans and slice them into thick slices to prevent them from breaking.
2. Boil the water and let it pass through.
3. Let the cooked tofu dry slightly.
4. Fry. If you like it browner, you can fry it for a few more minutes. When frying the dried beans, try not to stir them too hard, otherwise they will break. You can use a slotted spoon to push them slightly, and be careful not to stick to the pan.
5. Set the fried tofu aside.
6. I made the chili noodles myself. Stir-fry the dried chili peppers and chop them into pieces.
7. Use the oil used to fry the dried tofu just now, heat it up over low heat, add chili powder, sesame seeds, spices, and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.
8. Simmer the sauce for a while, remember to stir-fry frequently, pay attentionPaste pot.
9. After sauteing the chili and sesame seeds, add the seasonings. Simmer for a few minutes. Pay attention to the paste pot.
10. After the sauce has developed its flavor, you can turn off the heat.
11. While it is still warm, pour in the dried tofu. Use a spoon to mix gently, do not use force as the dried beans will rot.
12. The best dried tofu can be eaten after cooling. More delicious.
