Spicy hot pot
Ingredients

Steps
1. Prepare all the main ingredients.
2. Wash, peel and slice the lotus root, tear the mushrooms into small pieces, and cut the kelp and tofu skin into long strips.
3. Use a diagonal knife to cut the carrots, cut the cucumbers into pieces, and cut the colorful peppers into pieces.
4. Slice the pork belly, cut the onion into cubes, cut the onion into sections, shred the ginger, and flatten the garlic.

18. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce.
